BE ORGANIZED

ADVANTAGES OF BEING ORGANISED

If you organize your time well, you will:

  1. Keep on schedule and meet deadline;
  2. Reduce stress caused by a feeling of lack of control over your work schedule;
  3. Complete work with less pressure and fulfil your potential;
  4. Build your confidence about your ability to cope;
  5. Avoid overlapping assignments and having juggle more than one piece of work at a time.

These things below may help you in being organized! ☺

FIXED COMMITMENT CALENDAR

Identifying how much time you have available for study is the first step in setting up a good time plan. To establish how much of your time is comittted to other activities, complete a fixed commitment calendar. This is my fixed commitment calendar. I use my phone to keep my commitment calendar because I always carry around my phone with me. So, I can easily check my activities. But, you can always write your commitment calendar on a paper. It's up to you as long you are comfortable with it ☺.

JOB TASK ANALYSIS

Job task analysis is one of the way you can manage your time effectively. It can help us to keep up the thing and meet deadline, it also can reduce stress, so we can complete our work without any pressure. It is important for student to have job task analysis.

PRIOTIRIZED TASK LIST

Prioritized lists is a list of all the tasks that you need to carry out. They list everything that you have to do, with the most important tasks at the top of the list, and the least important tasks at the bottom.

By keeping such a list, you make sure that your tasks are written down all in one place so you don't forget anything important. And by prioritizing tasks, you plan the order in which you'll do them, so that you can tell what needs your immediate attention, and what you can leave until later.

A few examples of prioritized task list that you can refer to:
